We all know that those old juke boxes had something so enticing about them that people even today love them. It is a bit hard to believe that people collect those old juke boxes. Not only that, even companies makes them because they know that somewhere, someone wants it.
But, is it really sensible to collect the old ones or may I say that is old is always gold? To be honest, I don’t think that collecting old school juke boxes would do any good. Yes, they are good as memorabilia, but not good for listening to music. For that very reason, Crosley introduces this high, yet old tech music player. Surprised? Well, don’t be because this is what you have been looking for. This is one gadget that blends modern functionalities with old school style giving you something really out of the box.
What is it?
Well it is a battery operated portable disc player with a platter smaller than a teacup saucer. You can carry it around easily because it is portable and lightweight. And don’t you think that it’s not capable of giving you that ‘iPod like sound’. It is actually outstanding when it comes to the performance. It provides crisp clear sound that can actually be delivered to any FM radio wirelessly. Crosley Revolution plays at two speeds; one speed is 331/5 and the other one is 45 rpm. It has a belt driven turntable mechanism. Also, it is integrated with a full range speakers, a headphone jack, and a passive audio out.
Hey that is not all, there is something more about this portable music player that makes it so much more fascinating. That something is that it has USB hookup functionality and the software comes within the package. This means that you can rip off music and transfer it to any of your favorite music player or computer.
Crossly Revolution is available for $149.95 and currently comes in black color. Well, I wished there were better colors but right now I guess we have to just stick to it.
