As I bumped into this image, the first half looked with rings looked pretty normal to me. As when I rolled my mouse to have a complete look, I had my eyes rolling. A Dress made up on colorful condoms. It’s definitely an eye-candy and the makers claim it can lure attention from all sides. The Safe Sex dress kind of symbolic to ‘Anti-AIDS’ campaign in Africa. The makers hope that girls donning this dress will insist on using a condom since they have it in abundance. Hilarious!
